fall farm-to-table gathering

Local restauranteur, Ashley Gilliam of Graft approached us about creating a rustic and personalized gathering on the home land of Dillwood Farms, a local farm where she procures her deliciously fresh and seasonally-filled menu. She wanted to host a full five-course meal with wine pairing for some of her beloved regular restaurant goers to help demonstrate the beauty of a true farm-to-table experience.  The concept was purposefully simple and understated in that we chose to only use florals found on Dillwood's property, with a sprinkling of candlelight and the surrounding land becoming the main adornment for the evening.
